Services

Toolsy offers focused video tools. The TikTok downloader handles public links without a Toolsy account. Video Object Remover accepts a short video and fixed painted selection, sends derived inputs to an AI provider, and returns a temporary result. Features, limits, and availability may change.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your email or Google account and for activity under your Toolsy account. Provide accurate information, do not share access, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent accounts.

Credits and payments

Verified new accounts receive three promotional credits. A submitted Video Object Remover clip costs one credit. One-time credit packs are purchased through Stripe and are not subscriptions. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Provider or finalization failures return the job credit automatically. Refunds, disputes, or chargebacks may reverse credits granted by the related purchase.

Ownership and acceptable use

You keep your rights in uploaded video and results. You grant Toolsy and its processors a limited permission to store, transform, and transmit the material only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. You may upload or download only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, platform rules, or applicable law.

AI results

AI-generated areas can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or visibly altered. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. Toolsy does not promise that a selected object will be removed perfectly or that output will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Storage and deletion

Toolsy-controlled Object Remover source files, masks, and derived working copies are deleted after processing. Replicate may retain API prediction inputs, outputs, files, and logs for about one hour under its policy. Outputs in Toolsy storage expire after 24 hours and job metadata may remain for 30 days. Deletion and account-removal requests are subject to legal, fraud, payment, and security retention duties.

Third-party services

Supabase provides authentication, data, and storage; Stripe processes checkout; Replicate processes AI jobs; and other infrastructure providers help operate Toolsy. Their availability and terms can affect the service.

Toolsy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

Disclaimer and liability

Toolsy is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted processing, provider availability, or perfect output. To the extent permitted by law, Toolsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
