This English version governs. By using Toolsy, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Stop using the service if you do not agree.

Services

Toolsy offers focused video tools. The TikTok downloader handles public links without a Toolsy account. The private-beta Video Object Remover accepts a video up to three minutes and one fixed painted selection, uses an Economy route that attempts local processing before an approved hosted fallback, and returns a temporary result. Best Quality stays unavailable until a legally approved engine passes Toolsy quality, time, and cost gates. Features, limits, and availability may change.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your email or Google account and for activity under your Toolsy account. Provide accurate information, do not share access, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent accounts. If you are under 18, use the private beta only through an account arrangement permitted by the applicable infrastructure providers and with your parent or guardian's consent and supervision.

Credits and payments

Owner-only private-beta Object Remover jobs currently cost zero Toolsy credits, and checkout is disabled. Existing promotional balances are not used by this beta. Toolsy may introduce separately disclosed one-time credit packs later; credits would have no cash value and could not be transferred. Provider or finalization failures never create a beta charge.

Ownership and acceptable use

You keep your rights in uploaded video and results. You grant Toolsy and its processors a limited permission to store, transform, and transmit the material only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. You may upload or download only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, platform rules, or applicable law.

AI results

AI-generated areas can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or visibly altered. Review every result before publishing or relying on it. Toolsy does not promise that a selected object will be removed perfectly or that output will be suitable for a particular purpose.

Storage and deletion

Toolsy-controlled Object Remover source files, masks, and derived working copies are deleted after processing, and Toolsy cancels active hosted-provider tasks where supported and deletes private provider storage objects at every terminal outcome. Limited provider task metadata may follow the provider's own retention schedule. Outputs in Toolsy storage expire after 24 hours and job metadata may remain for 30 days. Deletion and account-removal requests are subject to legal, fraud, payment, and security retention duties.

Third-party services

Supabase provides authentication, data, and storage; Tencent Cloud MPS may process Economy fallback jobs; WaveSpeed may finish legacy jobs; and other infrastructure providers help operate Toolsy. Stripe may process checkout only if payments are offered later. These providers' availability and terms can affect the service.

Toolsy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.

Disclaimer and liability

Toolsy is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted processing, provider availability, or perfect output. To the extent permitted by law, Toolsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
