This English policy is the governing version. Toolsy respects intellectual-property rights. The TikTok downloader fetches public content on request and may cache it temporarily. Video Object Remover temporarily stores user-uploaded source, mask, and result files in private storage for processing and download.

User responsibility and retention

Users must own or have permission to process uploaded and linked content. Toolsy-controlled Object Remover source and mask files are deleted after processing, completed results expire after 24 hours, and related job metadata may remain for up to 30 days. Replicate may retain its API prediction data for about one hour under its policy. A valid notice may cause earlier disabling or deletion.

Takedown request

Send the following information to our DMCA agent:

• Your name and contact information
• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing link, job, or material
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may request enough information to locate a private or expired job, but we will not restore media that has already been deleted under our retention schedule.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the material, consent to the appropriate jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
